More Than What You Wear

Riverstone was born from river days.

The kind where you're sun-soaked, exhausted in the best way, and already laughing about the stories you'll be telling later around camp.

For me, those days started in the whitewater community.

Guiding trips. River festivals. Campgrounds. Long days on the water with people who quickly become friends.

What I loved most wasn't just the adventure.

It was the people.

The river has a way of bringing together some of the most genuine, creative, and interesting humans you'll ever meet. People who care more about experiences than appearances. People who build community wherever they go.

Riverstone grew out of that world.

What started as a creative outlet and a love of tie-dye eventually became something bigger. I realized I wasn't just making colorful clothing. I was creating pieces that helped people express who they are when they step off the water and back into the rest of their lives.

Because river life is funny that way.

When you're paddling, rafting, or guiding, your gear is chosen for performance. It has to work. Function comes first.

But once the boats are loaded and the day's adventure is over, that's when your personality gets to come back out.

That's where Riverstone lives.

I create handmade apparel inspired by river culture, outdoor adventure, creativity, and self-expression. Every piece is hand-dyed in small batches, making it completely one of a kind—just like the people who wear it.

The Take-Out Skirt is a perfect example.

It was inspired by the women I worked alongside in the rafting community. After long days on the river, we wanted something easy to throw on, comfortable to wear, and expressive enough to feel like ourselves again.

Something functional.

Something colorful.

Something that felt like river life.

Today, Riverstone is growing beyond tie dye alone.

My vision is to build a river lifestyle brand for paddlers, campers, festival-goers, outdoor creatives, and anyone who feels most alive outside.

The tie-dye is still here.

The handmade process is still here.

But the mission has become bigger than the medium.

Riverstone exists to bring more color, creativity, connection, and self-expression into everyday life—both on and off the river.
