Returns
At Riverstone Dye Co., every piece is hand-dyed in small batches, making each item completely one-of-a-kind. Because of the handmade nature of our products, slight variations in color, pattern, or saturation are normal and part of their unique character.
That said — your happiness matters deeply to me, and I want you to absolutely love your purchase.
🌈 Returns & Exchanges
I accept returns and exchanges on most items as long as the request meets these conditions:
✔ Return Window
You must request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery.
✔ Condition of Items
Items must be:
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- Free of stains, scents, or pet hair
- In original condition
Because each item is one-of-a-kind, I cannot accept returns on pieces that have been worn or altered.
✔ Excluded Items
These items are not eligible for returns or exchanges:
- Final sale items
- Custom orders
- Mystery packs
🌈 Return Shipping
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or there was an error on my end.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
If a return is approved, you will receive instructions and a return address.
🌈 Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with photos.
I will replace the item if possible, or issue a refund.
🌈 Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
🌈 Exchanges
Because every piece is one-of-a-kind, exact exchanges are not always possible — but you may exchange your item for:
- Another item of equal value
- Store credit
